Are you the Environment Agency or another regulator?
No. Waste Licence Services is a private, independent application support service.
Do the rules differ across the UK?
Yes. England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland operate different registration systems and requirements. We ask which nation your business is based in before processing an application.
What is the £10 physical card?
It is an optional physical card supplied as part of our private service. It is not an official regulator registration certificate or government identity card.
Can I track my application?
Yes. Use the Track Application link and enter your application reference and email address.
Can I renew an existing registration?
Yes. Select Renew from the main menu to start the renewal service.
